[Purpose] Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of recruiting for the position indicated in the advertisement. The processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment will only be possible after the Candidate expresses separate consent.
[Recipients] The recipients of personal data contained in the recruitment application may be entities providing the Administrator with services necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes, including hosting service providers, entities authorized under the law, including state authorities and an entity related by capital to the Administrator, i.e. the parent company Mabuchi Motor Co. Ltd .
[Storage period] Personal data will be stored until the Candidate withdraws consent, but no longer than for the period of recruitment. If the Candidate has consented to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment, personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 12 months from the submission of recruitment documents.
[Rights] You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it, as well as the right to delete it or limit its processing and the right to transfer data. You have the right to withdraw your consent, which may be done by a unilateral declaration sent to the email address PLM-GROUP1010@mabuchi-motor.com and does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. [Transfer of data outside the EU and EEA] Personal data may be transferred as part of the internal procedures of the Mabuchi Motor Group to an entity related by capital to the Administrator, i.e. the parent company Mabuchi Motor Co. Ltd based in Japan based on European Commission Decision No. C 304/2019 stating the adequate level of personal data protection in Japan. The Administrator ensures that appropriate protective measures have been implemented to ensure that personal data are processed in the same way as if they were processed by the Data Administrator. In connection with the recruitment process carried out by the e-Recruiter "on-line meeting" system, your personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), including: to USA. In connection with the transfer of your personal data outside the EEA, we have made sure that our suppliers guarantee a high level of personal data protection. These guarantees result in particular from the obligation to apply standard contractual clauses adopted by the EU Commission or to participate in the Privacy Shield program established by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the EU-US Privacy Shield.
[Automated decision-making] Personal data processed for recruitment purposes will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling. Providing personal data within the scope indicated in Art. 221 of the Labor Code is necessary to conduct the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary.
[Legal basis] The legal basis for the processing of personal data to the extent resulting from Art. 22 1 of the Labor Code is Art. 6(1b) GDPR, and in the remaining scope Art. 6 section 1 letter a) GDPR.
