MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administration and maintenance of server infrastructure
  • Administration and maintenance of network infrastructure
  • Troubleshooting IT issues and initiating changes to improve the IT environment
  • Managing IT assets, including hardware, software, and licenses
  • Analyzing computer hardware and software assets and making recommendations for their replacement or expansion
  • Maintaining cable organization, including office cabling
  • Proactive IT security activities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Relevant higher education
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in administering both servers and computer networks
  • Knowledge of server products and server operating systems (MCSA and LPIC qualifications)
  • Practical knowledge of LAN/WLAN configuration and network devices such as switches, Wi-Fi access points, and routers
  • Basic knowledge of the Comarch ERP system: CDN XL / Comarch Optima
  • Knowledge of networking and security fundamentals (CCNA)
  • Familiarity with basic artificial intelligence concepts and a willingness to further develop in this area
  • English skills sufficient for communication, minimum B1 level

Information clause about the personal data administrator in the recruitment process

[Personal Data Officer] For the purpose of ongoing monitoring of the proper observance of personal data protection principles, the Controller has appointed Katarzyna Rodacka as the Personal Data Officer. She can be contacted electronically by sending a message to iod.mabuchi@paluckiszkutnik.pl.

[Purpose] Personal data will be processed solely for the purpose of carrying out recruitment for the position indicated in the advertisement. The processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment will be possible only after the Candidate gives separate consent.

[Legal basis] The legal basis for processing your personal data is:

- Art.6 para.1(c) of the GDPR - the legal obligation to provide personal data arising from art. 22(1) §§ 1 and 2 of the Labour Code – in conducting recruitment, we are entitled to expect you to provide such personal data as: first name or names, surname, date of birth, contact details, education, professional qualifications, employment history;

- Art.6 para.1(a) of the GDPR – your consent to the processing of the data contained in the application documents, to the extent of data exceeding the mandatory data set resulting from the Labor Code, indicated above; you give your consent by sending us an application containing a broader set of data than that resulting from the Labor Code;

- Art.6 para.1(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate legal interest in verifying your qualifications and skills for work in order to select the appropriate person for the position for which recruitment is being conducted – to the extent of personal data collected during the recruitment interview and the results of any qualification tests;

- Art.6 para.1(a) of the GDPR – your consent to the processing of the above personal data for the purpose of participating in future recruitment processes, expressed by ticking the optional checkbox;

- Art. 6 para.1(f) of the GDPR – our legitimate interest in defending against claims, protecting our rights, or securing claims.

[Recipients] The recipients of the personal data contained in the recruitment application may be entities providing services to the Controller that are necessary for the achievement of the above-mentioned purposes, including IT service providers, including hosting providers, providers of business email services, providers of job portals, entities authorized under legal provisions, including state authorities, and an entity capital-related to the Controller, i.e. the parent company Mabuchi Motor Co. Ltd. with its registered office in Japan, at 430 Matsuhidai, Matsudo City, Chiba 270-2280. The legal basis for processing your data within our Group is our legitimate legal interest, which is the optimization of business processes. The recipient of personal data is also the company eRecruitment Solutions sp. z o.o., with its registered office at ul. Prosta 68, 00-838 Warsaw, which provides us with the Erecruiter ATS system used to manage recruitment processes.

[Retention period] Personal data collected for the purposes of the current recruitment process will be processed for the period necessary to complete the current recruitment process, but no longer than one month after the end of the recruitment process. If the Candidate has given consent to the processing of personal data for the purposes of future recruitment processes, the personal data will be stored until the consent is withdrawn, but for no longer than 2 years from the submission of the recruitment documents.

[Rights] You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify it, as well as the right to erase it or restrict its processing, the right to object to its processing, and the right to data portability. You have the right to withdraw your consent, which may be done by means of a unilateral declaration sent to the email address PLM-GROUP1010@mabuchimotor.com and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stanisława Moniuszki 1A, 00-014 Warsaw.

[Transfer of data outside the EU and EEA] Personal data may be transferred, within the internal procedures of the Mabuchi Motor Group, to an entity affiliated by capital with the Controller, i.e. the parent company Mabuchi Motor Co. Ltd, headquartered in Japan, on the basis of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2019/419 of 23 January 2019 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, determining an adequate level of protection of personal data by Japan under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (notified under document C(2019) 304). The Controller ensures that appropriate safeguards have been implemented so that personal data are processed in the same way as if they were processed by the data Controller.

[Automated decision-making] Personal data processed for recruitment purposes will not be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling.

[Voluntary provision of data] Providing personal data to the extent specified in Article 221 of the Labour Code is necessary for conducting the recruitment process. Providing other data is voluntary.
